WORKSHOP Vintage Collage and Words

An inspiring, wide range of original, vintage, paper-based material will be provided, including magazines, books and visual ephemera from the Victorian era to the 1980s.

Using these rare journals and paper materials, you will be guided through collage, and cut up word, techniques, to create your own expressive montages of words and images.

In the second part of the workshop, you may choose to use your collage(s) as a prompt for guided free-writing, and editing, to create prose or poetry.
