About The Event

This Saturday lunchtime session sees film director turned author Wayne Holloway in conversation with Jez Smith, owner of the legendary and much missed Queens Deli, on life, the road to writing and Wayne's new book, Commedia Mortale, which ranges across philosophy, food, history, love, loss and landscape to conjure up a unique portrait of a place, Liguria in Italy, along with a wider set of reflections on life.

Expect strong opinion, laughter and a memorable hour from one of Britain's most distinctive writers and powerful communicators.

This is a bad boy brunch not to be missed.
