POETS IN PERFORMANCE

Hastings Book Festival is delighted to host a wonderful afternoon of poetry featuring a blend of nationally renowned household names and shining lights of the local poetry scene.

PART 1

• Andy Riley, Emmy- and double-BAFTA-winning comedy scriptwriter (Veep, Black Books, etc), cartoonist (Bunny Suicides) and ‘poetry-adjacent’ spoken word artist.

• James Domestic, poet, punk musician, soul and reggae DJ, songwriter, vocalist, musician, and painter.

• Grace Pilkington, a leading local performer who has read her poems ‘chronicling the minefield that is pregnancy and motherhood’ on the BBC, Times Radio, and at Hay Festival.
