Poetry Open Mic Lottery

Hastings is a town rich with poets of all shapes and sizes, and we are pleased to be putting on our first Open Mic Lottery night hosted by the hilarious poet Henry Normal.

Everyone who signs up for a poets' slot is invited into Henry’s hat. The performance order will be random as each poet will be picked from Henry’s hat and given the stage for five minutes! Everyone is equal and everyone (who signs up) will have a chance to win.

We have received so many requests from local poetry groups to perform that we wanted to give you all a chance to sign up in advance (ADVANCE SIGN UP NOW FULL).
